
Congratulations to the math team that competed at a home tournament Shyann Bonnell and Daesie Dennis for getting 3rd place on the Algebra 2 team test at the math contest held in Cedar Vale on March 9.

The Sophomore Class has started their Red Wheel Fundraiser. All orders must be turned in on March 27th. If you find something you want from the flier call the school at (620) 758-2791 and the Sophomores will take your order (sponsors Mrs. McCall and Miss Schmidt).









The clay interest group got to let their creativity go wild and create whatever they wanted today! They did an amazing job!





Our 6-12 band performed for SCBL Music Festival this morning. Despite several absences the band was within single digits of a (I) "outstanding" rating. We finished with a I-II-II rating (II) "Excellent" overall. We will perform for the state music festival in April.

Senior student aid Remington Dennis is getting some real life experience leading the K-1 music students through their music lesson today! Students are learning how melodic contour makes music move up, down, or stay the same!


There will be no Friday Shop Class on March 3rd.

CONGRATULATIONS to the HS Spartan Basketball boys for being SCBL Co-Champions. They ended their season with a record of 17 - 4. They would like to thank everyone that has supported them throughout this season. Spartan Nation!

A number of schools have received "swatting" calls that would indicate safety concerns. I want to reassure our patrons that we HAVE NOT received "swatting" calls and have been in contact with our county and local law enforcement agencies.
